Yoga-at-Work brings the benefits of a Yoga class into the office environment. I know that time is limited and peak performance a must. It doesn’t matter if you are a CEO, a salesman, or a secretary. Everyone at all levels of business today faces pressure and stress and needs to make at least some level of decisions as part of their job. 

 

The ancient art of Kundalini Yoga provides you with valuable and easy to integrate tools to increase the level of consciousness in your own decision making, you will find that you will be more clear in your understanding of the issues, more balanced in your perceptions, more neutral in your assessments, more focused on the best interests of the company, and able to make better decisions in the midst of pressure, stress, uncertainty and rapid change. 

Group Classes 

I provide the teacher and all accessories, you provide the space. Classes are designed for mixed abilities and usually run once or twice per week (i.e. early morning, lunchtime, etc.).    

 

Workshops 

These are once off seminars that can be incorporated into a wellness day/week or stand alone. Pick from the selection (i.e. How to have a really good night's sleep, Meditations to Eliminate Stress, Conquer Fear and Depression etc.) or let me design a seminar specifically for your requirements.

Private Tuition

This is ideal for people with unpredictable schedules or specific health issues. I design a program for you that will not only propel your physical abilities but enhance your mental clarity. And best of all, we make it fit into your busy schedule.

Investments

Privates:
The cost for a regular private yoga class: €90/90min
Special prices for a bundle of six classes: €450 (90min) which equals €75 per class

 

Semi-Privates: (if you want to share a class with one other person)
The cost for a semi-private yoga class: €120/90min (€60 per person)

Special prices for a bundle of six semi-privates: €660 (90min) (€55 p.p.)

 

Private Group Classes: (round up a few friends or get the office on board)

Prices for corporate or other small group classes depend on numbers of participants. Simply drop me a brief e-mail and I'll get back to you with a quote.

 

A small additional fee for travel costs apply to long-distance visits. Please ask prior to booking.
