"Creating More Space in Your Life"
The accumulation of our experiences, feelings and biases create a clutter and weight that we either need to release or carry around through our lives. If we do not clear our space we find ourselves reactive and unable to be alert enough to recognize and act upon opportunity when it is present. Within the scope of this 3 hour workshop, we will use breath, asana (posture), meditation, mantras - guided meditation and sound to create a more effective and still space by releasing tension, stored emotions and haunting memories. More space allows for greater clarity and less resistance to conscious creative energy. That expanded domain also reduces the feelings of isolation so that the finite can become tuned to the Infinite. There will also be time to ask questions and to share your experiences over a cup of Yogi tea.
This workshop will allow you to access the sensitivity of your own subtle energy and discover new aspects of yourself. Experience transformational and healing yoga, meditation, music, relaxation and the incredible tibetan singing bowls from which the sounds of the Universe can be heard, felt and experienced deeply.
All levels welcome.

"Why we wear white? Because seven colors come into white....We wear cotton because our sensitivity has to reach Infinity and cotton breathes." - Yogi Bhajan
White is worn to help expand your radiance. It represents light and contains all other colors. Kundalini Yoga practictioners wear natural fibers because they are good for the psyche, for energy levels and for the nervous system.
